I’m sharing my experience so that others don’t go through the same trouble I did.
A few weeks ago, I ordered a Sikh Katar (traditional dagger) from Sher Arms for ₹1300, with delivery to Kanpur (PIN – 208002). Everything was confirmed over WhatsApp — I even shared my correct address and mobile number (7607480638), and they confirmed it several times before payment.
After payment, I waited for the parcel. When I followed up, they sent me a photo of the shipment — and that’s when I noticed they had written a completely wrong mobile number on the package! Because of that, the parcel was never delivered.
When I contacted them to fix the issue, they refused to take responsibility. They said the parcel had “returned” and straight up told me “Refund nahi hota ji.” Even after showing proof of their mistake, they blamed me instead and didn’t offer any solution or refund.
It’s shocking how careless and irresponsible they have been. They didn’t even provide a proper tracking ID, and communication after that became dismissive.
💬 I even told them politely that I trusted them seeing their religious identity (Pag / turban) and never hesitated to pay upfront — but sadly, that trust was broken.
So my advice to everyone:
👉 Do not buy any weapon (Katar, sword, or kirpan) from Sher Arms / Sikh Talwar without full verification.
👉 Always ask for proper invoice, tracking ID, and dispatch proof before paying.
This whole experience has been a lesson — ₹1300 lost, but more painful was losing trust.
